cabbage goulash

i love love love cabbbbaaaaggggeee!!!
i love raw cabbage, cooked cabbage, and roasted cabbage.
i love cabbage anyway ya cook it. this is a very easy, tasty and light meal.
ingredients:
1 head of cabbage chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 tbsp garlic
1 cup tvp or hamburger meat
1 fresh tomato chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
cracked pepper
couscous or brown rice
in a pan sauté the cabbage, onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until tender. add the cooked tvp or hamburger meat and tomatoes. add in the seasonings and let it simmer.
spoon mixture over couscous or brown rice. it is also good by itself.

yes, i did. i love cabbage and i was playing around in the kitchen and just threw it all together. it turned out to be such a good meal. glad you like it!!!
