kid friendly egg tacos

making the egg tacos kid friendly is pretty easy too. my son loves to eat the tacos when i make them, but for his i just put in eggs, cheese, and sour cream all rolled up in a corn tortilla. he thinks he is eating the same thing and loves it. i even put a little guacamole on the plate so he can dip it. he thinks he is big time then!!
